利用規約

はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本規約に同意のうえ、本サービスを利用するものとします。

第1条（適用）

  1. 本規約は、ユーザーと本サービス提供者（以下「提供者」）との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
  2. 提供者は、本規約のほか、本サービスの利用にあたってのルール、ガイドライン、注意事項等（以下「個別規定」）を定めることがあります。個別規定はその名称のいかんにかかわらず、本規約の一部を構成します。
  3. 本規約と個別規定の内容が矛盾する場合、個別規定に特段の定めがない限り、個別規定が優先されます。

第2条（本サービスの内容）

  1. 本サービスは、ユーザーが端末上でPDF形式のコンテンツを閲覧するためのビューワー機能を提供します。
  2. 本サービスは、アカウント登録を必要としません。また、提供者は、本サービスの提供にあたり、ユーザーの個人情報（氏名、住所、メールアドレス、電話番号等、個人を識別し得る情報）を取得しません。
    ※ただし、端末のOSやアプリ配信事業者（App Store、Google Play等）を通じて提供される情報の取扱いは、それら各事業者の規約・プライバシーポリシーに従います。
  3. 提供者は、必要に応じて、本サービスの内容を変更、追加、停止または中断することがあります。

第3条（利用条件）

  1. ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本サービスを利用するものとします。
  2. ユーザーは、PDFコンテンツの著作権、利用許諾条件、各種法令その他のルールを遵守し、適法かつ正当な目的の範囲で本サービスを利用するものとします。

第4条（利用料金）

  1. 本サービスの利用自体に料金は発生しません。
  2. ただし、アプリの購入費用、端末の通信料・インターネット接続料等は、ユーザーの負担となります。
  3. アプリ配信事業者の課金・返金等に関する事項は、各事業者の定めに従います。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権、または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
  4. 違法にアップロードされたPDF、海賊版その他権利侵害または違法なコンテンツの閲覧、取得、共有、またはそれを助長する目的で本サービスを利用する行為
  5. 本サービス、ネットワークまたはシステムへの不正アクセス、またはこれを試みる行為
  6. 本サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
  7. 反社会的勢力に対する利益供与その他これに準ずる行為
  8. その他、提供者が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（知的財産権）

  1. 本サービスに関するプログラム、デザイン、文章等に関する知的財産権は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
  2. ユーザーは、提供者の許諾なく、本サービスを複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングその他これに準ずる行為をしてはなりません。

第7条（保証の否認および免責）

  1. 提供者は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定目的適合性、セキュリティ等に関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害等を含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。また、すべての端末／OSにおいて本サービスが正常に動作することを保証するものではありません。
  2. 提供者は、本サービスの利用によりユーザーに生じた損害について、提供者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
  3. 本サービスに関して、ユーザーと第三者との間で生じた取引、紛争等について、提供者は一切責任を負いません。

第8条（利用停止）

提供者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、または提供者が必要と判断した場合、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止し、または利用を制限することがあります。

第9条（規約の変更）

提供者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本サービス内または提供者が別途定める方法で表示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

  1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
  2. 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、提供者の住所地（または所在地）を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Introduction

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using this service. Users shall use the service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the service between the user and the service provider (the “Provider”).
  2. The Provider may establish rules, guidelines, notices, etc. in addition to these Terms (collectively, “Individual Provisions”). Regardless of their name, Individual Provisions form a part of these Terms.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified therein.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  1. This service provides a viewer function that enables users to view PDF content on their devices.
  2. This service does not require account registration. The Provider does not obtain users’ personal information (such as name, address, email address, phone number, or other information that may identify an individual) through the service.
    However, information provided through the device OS or app distribution platforms (such as the App Store or Google Play) is handled in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of those respective providers.
  3. The Provider may change, add, suspend, or discontinue the service in whole or in part as necessary.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)

  1. Users shall use the service at their own responsibility.
  2. Users shall comply with copyrights, license terms, applicable laws and regulations, and other rules related to PDF content, and use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

Article 4 (Fees)

  1. No fee is charged for using the service itself.
  2. Users shall bear any costs such as app purchase fees, communication charges, and internet connection fees.
  3. Matters regarding billing, refunds, etc. by app distribution platforms shall be governed by the rules of those respective platforms.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the service:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, other intellectual property rights, or the rights of any third party
  4. Using the service to view, obtain, share, or facilitate viewing of illegally uploaded PDFs, pirated copies, or other infringing or illegal content
  5. Unauthorized access to the service, network, or systems, or attempts thereof
  6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the service
  7. Providing benefits to anti-social forces or acts equivalent thereto
  8. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Provider

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Intellectual property rights related to programs, designs, texts, etc. of the service belong to the Provider or legitimate right holders.
  2. Users must not reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the service in any similar manner without the Provider’s permission.

Article 7 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Provider makes no express or implied warranty that the service is free from defects (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement).
  2. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the use of the service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Provider.
  3. The Provider shall not be responsible for any transactions, disputes, etc. between users and third parties in connection with the service.

Article 8 (Suspension of Service)

If a user violates these Terms or if the Provider deems it necessary, the Provider may suspend or restrict the provision of the service in whole or in part without prior notice.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

The Provider may change these Terms without notifying users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when displayed within the service or by any other method determined by the Provider.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider’s address (or location) as the court of first instance.
